A short immediate plan for moments when thoughts, body, and outside stimuli all become too loud at once.

When everything hits at once, what often helps is not a perfect solution but one small next step. Exhale once on purpose. Name three things you can see. Put your phone away for two minutes if it keeps winding you up. Write down one single sentence: what is most urgent right now? If things are not safe, do not stay alone and seek real outside support immediately.
